She will turn 7 Months old tomorrow, January 30, 2009.

We pray for the continual manifestation of God's power and glory through her life. And may she fulfill her glorious prophetic destiny.

OPEN HEAVEN

Before the Lord Jesus began His public ministry, He was baptized by John in Jordan River. As he came out of the water we find the HEAVEN OPEN.

Water baptism is an external rite that every believer professes his death to sin and resurrection to spiritual life. (Rom 6:5; Col 2:12).

It also symbolizes our death to self. As we came out of the water, it symbolizes our new life in God and with God to enjoy. As we enjoy and live our life in God and with God…We can see and experience an OPEN HEAVEN all the days of our life.

Life’s journey may not that be easy but God is with us and for us. And if God is for us, who can be against us? We have something to be afraid of in this life, if God is against us. Just think about what may happen if God is against us.

But Praise God, We have nothing to be afraid of in this life. As we continually live in the light of His perfect will and whole heartedly obey and serve Him the good shepherd will surely lead us to the greener pasture and we’ll never be in want.

If they obey and serve Him, They shall spend their days in prosperity, And their years in pleasures. (Job 36:11 NKJV)

Cheer up fellow citizen of the Blessed Kingdom of the Living God…Jesus cares for you. We can see and experience in this season of OVERFLOW the OPEN HEAVEN.

TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!

Pag-asa Ba Ang Hanap Mo???

Declaring Jesus Is Lord In Bergen!!!

I have been to Bergen, West part of Norway last January 10 with Kuya Jhun Aquilizan. We conducted a home Bible Study to 11 people.

Bergen is the second largest city in Norway, with a population of 250,985 as of October 1, 2008. Bergen is the administrative centre of Hordaland county. The Bergen Economic Region, as defined by Statistics Norway, had a population of 373,224 as of January 1, 2007.

Bergen is located in the county of Hordaland on the south-western coast of Norway. Its city centre is situated among a group of mountains known as "De syv fjell" (lit. The Seven Mountains), although which mountains these are is a matter of definition. Bergen is an important cultural center in its region and was one of nine European cities honored with the title of European Capital of Culture in 2000. (EXCERPT AND PICTURE CAME FROM WIKIPEDIA)
By next month, I am planning to visit them again.

And also, before the end of January, I'll be going to Trondheim to formally start a home Bible Study. Trondheim is located in Northern part of Norway. Although this 2 Cities may be far from Oslo and travelling by car may take longer than 8 hours, I can say that merely being with this people is really a joy and privilege.

BE PREPARED TO OVERFLOW

2 Corinthians 13:5 - Test yourselves {to see} if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you--unless indeed you fail the test?

It is important that we are prepared in facing this year of overflow. If we are not prepared to overflow, it can result to something that we do not want. For example, overflow in finances unprepared can lead to greed; overflow in talents unprepared can lead to pride, overflow in your service unprepared can lead to burn-out, etc.

2 Corinthians 13:5 says, we should examine and test ourselves in our faith. Are we still holding, not a temporal faith, but the true saving faith of our Lord Jesus Christ? These first few days of the New Year, is my recommended time to reflect and examine ourselves. How??? By allowing the Holy Spirit, during our personal devotion time, to scrutinize us and to show us who we really are in the previous years. You will be surprised that this could be humiliating and uncomfortable. Maybe because He will reveal all the hypocrisy and self-centeredness. But then, if we ask and receive God’s forgiveness, that’s the time we can say, we are prepared and ready to overflow.

There will be hunger in God’s Word and thirst in God’s awesome presence. And when we satisfy our spirit with an overflowing God’s Word and God’s presence, this will then result an overflow in our faith as Romans 10:17 said, “Faith comes from hearing, and hearing the Word of God”. A commitment to overflow in the Word and in our Faith follows a year of overflow that we declare!

Overflowing Worship Welcomes The Year Of Overflow

Year 2009 started by the JIL-People in Norway with a meaningful and inspiring Festival of Worship celebration in Helgerud Kirke in Baerum. More than 100 genuine worshippers of the Lord attended and came in this first ever Festival of Worship including the Ambassador of the Philippines in Norway, Her Excellency Amb. Elizabeth Buensuceso with her two loving grandchildren Claire and Isabelle.

Although coming to this place is not that easy as the place is a bit far and away from the Church we are renting in Oslo, yet the thirsty people who longs for God's mighty presence came.
Will you be bored in heaven??? My first question to the people. What will you do when you are in heaven already? If our final destiny is in heaven we must first at this time bring heaven on earth.

Jesus said in John 3:13 "No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven." Jesus was standing on earth when He said this. How could He be "in heaven"- standing there on the earth? I believed it's because Heaven was in Him. He was speaking out of Heaven, ministering to the needy out of heaven, healing the sick out of Heaven for he was on Heaven--though on earth.

I believed that when there is an overflow of the Spirit of God from within us wer can radiate the presence of God through our life so we can minister to the unbelieving world.

Exhortation were share by Sis. Lillian Guardian with a theme on Stream in the Desert, Flowing in the Spirit of God by Pastor Gino Hernandez and Experiencing The Overflowing Blessings from God by Pastor Gilbert Palmero. The JIL-people were inspired and became more hungry and thirsty for God's awesome presence. The Festival of Worship lasted for more than 8 hours, yet no one feel that it went that long as everyone were so overwhelmed and filled by the Spirit of God. Joyful jubilation can be seen as every praise songs are offered to God. Tears are flowing as worship songs are sacrifices to God.

No less than Her Excellency, Amb. Elizabeth Buensuceso came immediately in front of the Altar to be prayed over when asked if there is anyone who wants to be filled with the Spirit of God together with other brethren who wants and desiring to experience the same.

What will happen when there is an Overflow of God's Spirit? The question mention are part of my exhortation in the said event. I believed that when there is an overflow of the Spirit of God within ourself, we can influence other to desire and experience the same. King Saul was not a prophet yet when he join the group of prophet he was able to prophesy. The Anointing from this group of prophet was tranfer and share to the King of Israel at that time. Second, I believed that the key to progressive fruitfulness in Christian walk and service is to develop a genuine a passion to worship God. That means we are placing ourselves to the point of becoming even more undignified for God in worship. King David practice the same.

When we were adopted into the family of God, we received the power of attorney (to use the name of JESUS), we recieved a glorious inheritance (PROSPERITY AND VICTORY (read John 10:10b, Rom. 8:32), we received power and authority. Note, all this thing are already ours.
Prov 3:9-10 - Honor the LORD with your possessions,And with the firstfruits of all your increase; So your barns will be filled with plenty, And your vats will overflow with new wine.
